If you are looking for an exceptional, specialized, highly skilled, qualified, meticulous plastic surgeon who genuinely cares about patient outcomes, choose Dr. Sedgh.
In 2016, I had a rhinoplasty that left me with some internal challenges with breathing and a constant drip, as well as a very disappointing aesthetic as far as the shape of my nose and how it looked on my face.
In 2023, I began researching and meeting with plastic surgeons who specialized in rhinoplasty revisions. The first two surgeons underwhelmed me as they were not listening to my concerns and moreover, their proposed solutions were not acceptable to me. I met with Dr. Sedgh in November 2023 for my initial consult. He is double-board certified and only performs surgeries from the neck up which led me to understand the importance of this in making my decision. He also has great reviews everywhere I researched, and of course looking at his gallery of photos I knew I wanted to meet him, so I schedule my consultation.
Firstly, when you first walk into his office, you can expect his staff to be incredibly professional, personable, and kind and their follow up is impeccable. My initial meeting with Dr. Sedgh exceeded my expectations. He has great energy and personality and makes you feel comfortable immediately. He listened to my concerns, took some photos of my nose, used a software to collaborate and design with me what the potential outcome of what my nose would look like, and I could see it ahead of my surgery. He also did a very thorough physical exam of my nose and provided information on its infrastructure that no one else had. It was clear, Dr. Sedgh would be my plastic surgeon, and I booked my surgery date that day without any concerns or hesitation.
I had my revision surgery in December 2023, and it is one year later. The overall results, the look of my nose and my facial symmetry are beyond what I could have hoped for. Dr. Sedgh gave me the best version of my nose for sure. In addition, the issues internal to my nose are 100% better post op.
