Where has Dr. Reish been and why haven’t I found him sooner?

There isn’t a day that I don’t catch my reflection somewhere and don’t smile. I love my nose so much and no one can tell I got a nose job either. Whenever I tell people they’re in shock as it looks so natural! It fits my face perfectly and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made!!
My breathing has been amazing, whatever the previous surgeon did, he did not fix my breathing and my nostrils were constantly collapsing while inhaling. Dr Reish fixed all of that! My nostrils are still uneven but honestly, who doesn’t have slightly uneven nostrils?! If you’re aiming for perfection, you’ll never be happy. I’ll go see Dr Reish for a follow up next time I’m in NYC and see if we can add a bit of filler to even them out more. He did that last time I saw him and it helped a lot.

I’m almost 14 months post op and I’m in love with my nose more and more every day!! the swelling is still going down, it really does take 1.5 years.
Majority of the swelling was gone by month 6 but I still see my nose refining every day.

Every day the swelling improves and my nose just gets better and better. The nostrils asymmetry is also improving every day. I have days where my nose is more swollen, usually when I don’t sleep well (also my lips swell tho) and days where it’s so tiny and not swollen at all. I know the healing isn’t over and I can’t wait to see how much cuter it’ll get in the next months.
Dr Reish still replies to every message I send him updating him and I’m still always blown away by how incredible and kind he is.
I wanted my nose to still look like me and that’s exactly what he did. I’ve seen friends and family members that didn’t know I fixed my nose and they couldn’t put their finger on it, they asked “what did you do? You look amazing but I can’t tell what you did but you did something!” Which is exactly what I wanted. Something natural, still looks like me but smaller and cuter.
I’ve recommended him to everyone of my friends that also want a rhinoplasty. He’s the best decision and best money I’ve ever spent!!!
Also my breathiiiing has been amazing!! I don’t sniffle anymore and my husband is the most happy about that ahah
