Revision Rhinoplasty with Dr.G

WORTH IT$13,500
Ever since I was young I disliked my large nose. I got my first Rhinoplasty when I was 18. While the surgeon did not botch my nose, he also did not do as much as I would have liked. It seemed as though he merely reduced the dorsal hump. Nonetheless, it was an improvement and I was not in a hurry to get a revision.
Over the past couple years I started looking into surgeons to do my revision. Looking at before and after pictures of noses online I kept coming back to Dr.Grigoryants work. He just consistently produces beautiful noses.
During our consultation he told me what his vision was for my nose and I agreed it sounded like a good plan.
I mainly wanted the tip de projected, lifted and the columella show decreased.
I will continue to post updates as I am currently 2 days post op.

felt great the first 8 hours after surgery. Night one was painful and day 2 was as well. I am pleased with the way my nose looks from the photo he took in the operating room! in his post he said very subtle changes were made but some of my family thinks the changes were a little more than subtle lol.

day 5 post op and cast removal

Yesterday I got my cast off and splints taken out! As soon as the splints were out I felt a HUGE sense of relief. I could breathe, I seriously felt as though I could breathe better than I ever have before (which is possible since he did fix my septum and opened up airways).
I must admit. I am beyond happy with the results so far. I went in with very realistic but hopeful expectations, and honestly, he exceeded them. I was not expecting that to be the case.
I still have a lot of swelling, which is expect at only 5 days post op. its mainly noticeable from the front though, not my profile. No actual pain, just numbness and tender to the touch, plus there is still a good amount of snot and healing going on - which clogs up my nose a little.

Love your nose!! These pics are so helpful. I was going to see another doctor in Beverly Hills for my 3rd revision but honestly I love Dr Grigoryants work, I’m going to set up a consult and see him instead
