How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

18 months post op!!
Nose has not changed since last update (so I don’t think or can’t tell lol) but obvs I am 18 months post op now, I am still in love with my nose as much as I was from the get go after my revision.
I had a bit of an accident last week, my nose got knocked and it bled and made a bit of a small ‘crackle’ noise, I was so worried! But my nose does not look any different THANK GOD. The bridge still looks straight, no odd lumps or bumps. There was no actual damage, no bruising. It just bled for about 5-10 mins. Wasn’t really painful, probably a 2/10 pain if that when it happened. Could feel a bit of pressure when blowing nose, but 5 days on seems on the mend. I remember having a convo with Dr Sim in the office before I left Aus, I asked him is my nose stronger or weaker now I’ve had 2 surgeries and he replied: “your nose is very strong now, strongest than it has ever been with lots more cartalidge added in there!”
I think I see what he meant now when he said that! Haha… Sooo thankful for Dr Sim!!! What an amazing surgeon! I look at my nose every day and I just adore it! It really makes my face. After having a bad experience with another surgeon for my primary surgery, I just feel so grateful that I found a brilliant surgeon who gave me exactly what I wished for in the beginning. This’ll probably be my last update. Thanks to everyone who’s joined me on this journey!

Better pics
Posted the pics separately instead! Look at my nosey now. Perfect :)
Another comparison
I love these comparisons! You can really see how there was a problem with the first surgery. So happy now.
