WORTH IT
I thought of posting an update since it has been 9 months. I am very happy with the outcome of my surgery. I love my nose and it suits me really well. My breathing is perfect, no issues there. The rib donor site is fully healed and almost invisible. The overall experience was fantastic!

How long did you stayed in Bergamo? When did they take the cast off?
I stayed longer than necessary as I wanted to give myself more time to heal prior the flight back home. It was 7 weeks altogether, 2 weeks prior the surgery to get all the tests done and 5 weeks post op. They do want you to stay for 2 weeks after surgery, the rest is up to you already. They take the cast off a week after the surgery and put a tape on. You should have it on for a week and after that they remove it and you will be shown how to tape your nose for nights only

Can u share the before frontal picture. How much was it and how long did you have to stay. I was botched 13 yrs ago in NY by tomorrow he former president of the American society of plastic surgery DR Morello. For deviated septum and I allowed him to refine my shape. It’s destroyed
Hello and I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your rhinoplasty. The photo that I put as my "before" front close up is the only one photo I have left of my nose before the revision. I avoided taking photos at all costs. I look up the invoice for the surgery and it was ~$16k. The half of it goes to clinic and the other half to Dr Robotti's team. It was necessary to stay in Bergamo for at least two weeks post op but I stayed 5 weeks to give myself more time to heal

Revision rhinoplasty with Dr Robotti
I am writing this review to share my experience of a revision rhinoplasty with dear Dr. Enrico Robotti. In 2020 I made a wrong call by deciding to do a rhinoplasty with one of the top Miami surgeons. The result was far from what I pictured: I had a septal perforation, 3/4 view asymmetry, enlarged turbinates, uneven nasal bones, and a completely disastrous nose tip. I struggled to breathe on my right side and moreover, my breathing became noisy! I have never had these issues prior to my rhinoplasty!
I was very lucky to find Dr. Enrico Robotti who helped me and successfully resolved all the issues my nose had. I am almost 2 months past my revision and every single day I am grateful for his hard work. My breathing is perfect and esthetically I am in love with my new nose. It’s so much better than my birth nose and an absolute upgrade from my past botch! Even though my revision required a rib, the whole recovery was a completely opposite story to my first surgery - I have no throbbing sensation, no pain in my nose, and no discomfort from the rib donor site!
Once Dr. Robotti removed my cast, I could not stop smiling for 3 days straight!
He has truly changed my life for the better. I want to mention that Dr. Robotti is INCREDIBLY talented at what he does. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answer all questions I had, and provided me with realistic expectations. I can’t thank enough Dr. Robotti and his incredible staff: Dr. Leone for amazing aftercare and Dr. Barzoi for second to none anesthesia, also all the nurses and secretaries. I highly recommend them!

Hi Darren, thank you! I stayed outside of Bergamo and drove there for necessary appointments. Unfortunately I can't advise on accommodation near the clinic. I would suggest contacting Dr Robotti's secretary - Violet. She could suggest where to stay
