Dr. Reish- Honest Review Male Revision Rhinoplasty
WORTH IT
I am a 47 year old male and had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Reish in November of 2021. Its important to first note my prior experience with another unnamed surgeon. In 1992 I had my first rhinoplasty and suffice to say, it didnt go very well. After 2 additional revisions it was tolerable. Finally after 30 years I decided that I didnt want to go through life feeling insecure about my nose. I did a lot of research and read hundreds of positive reviews about Dr. Reish. First, please note that Dr. Reish is an amazing person. He gave me his cell number and I constantly harrassed him about the procedure and post surgery. Dr. Reish was always responsive, caring and understanding. Ive never had this type of experience with a doctor before. About the results- I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Reish's work. First, my profile is amazing. My nose was long and turned up but now my profile is absolutely perfect. After surgery the tip was a little bulbous, but Dr. Reish assured me it was only swelling and would go down. Sitting here 2 years later my nose is just where I anticipated it would be and am completely satisfied. It just looks like a normal nose which is exactly what I wanted, especially for a man. My advice is to give it time as the swelling takes a looong time to dissipate. I will note there were a few minor things I wanted to tweak after surgery. Dr. Reish addressed these well and has a lot of tricks up his sleeve. The swelling was treated with steroids shots which really work. In turn, I had a small, unoticieable imperfection (only I could notice) that Dr. Reish treated with a shot and now its totally gone. Just go into any procedure being realistic and dont expect perfection. Nothing to do with Dr. Reish, but just in general. Dr. Reish is an expert at giving you a normal looking nose that fits your face without looking like you had major work. Dr. Reish also works with your insurance if you have a deviated septum which was an added benefit for me and saved a bit on the cost. I have already recommended family and friends who are considering the same procedure. If I could give Dr. Reish 10 stars I would.
