Dr. Cochran is really wonderful
Amazing Rhinoplasty Surgeon!
Dr. Cochran is a fantastic, experienced surgeon with an amazingly humble and incredible bedside manner. Dr. Cochran performed a very difficult rhinoplasty revision on my wife 10 years ago, and the results were aesthetically phenomenal and looked like the nose she could have been born with; so natural and beautiful.
After her great results and experience with Dr. Cochran, I decided to make the time to address my nose and a deviated septum and crooked nose from previous sports injuries, coupled with a fairly prominent bulbous tip. I consider Dr. Cochran to be especially great at the tip of noses; perhaps one of the best in the Country.
I am three months into the recovery process with my nose revision, and the recovery process is and aesthetics are already greatly improved. I too had a previous rhinoplasty that like my wife at the same time about 11 years ago. The other surgeon's results were not very noticeable; almost as if not much had been done to the nose. It looked about the same after a full three years.
Dr. Cochran performed an equally as great of a rhinoplasty on myself as my wife. Dr. Cochran ONLY PERFORMS RHINOPLASTY procedures. He is not distracted by all the other procedures other surgeons perform, which makes him a true specialist in this area and is something anyone considering nasal revision should strongly consider. He is a perfectionist too. I hope this helps, and good luck with your rhinoplasty.
My wife and I are now ages 47 and 50 respectively. We wish we could have found Dr. Cochran initially and not had to endure revisions. Getting it right the first time is a much easier process. Dr. Cochran is really wonderful and you will have a great experience, as he genuinely cares about each patient and their goals.

I need to find my a second revision doctor. What you say about Dr. Cochran ONLY PERFORMING RHINOPLASTIES is so important to note! My nose was mangled by a plastic surgeon who "does faces only". He didn't straighten my septum and instead made it more crooked until my nose collapsed. Then I had a revision by an ENT who is also a "faces only" plastic surgeon. That was a completely disgusting joke, too! My nose required a lot of cartilage added back in, but somehow this guy made my nose shorter down my face, under projected, wider and bigger at the end than my original nose. After 8+ years in practice, he still hasn't perfected his suture technique, because the incision edges where not matched up properly from the start. The incision was closed at an angle so my nostrils are misshapen. Of course I now have an ugly scar that you can see in each nostril, on my columella. I still can't breathe correctly. My nose looks totally dumb, so so does my face. I do not yet know how long I'll have to wait before I can get my third nose surgery. The columella incision is one of the smallest incisions made on the face during plastic surgery. If you can't get the columella incision edges aligned properly, straight, and sutured properly...shouldn't that be the easiest of an open rhinoplasty to perfect?
I looked at Dr. Cochran's website. He does absolutely outstanding work! A very high percentage of the revision's he's done are miraculously straight! Imagine that!? A straight nose and an attractive nose after a septoplasty and rhinoplasty. Isn't that the exact purpose of each surgery, anyway?
Thanks for sharing your experience! Would you be willing to post some before and after photos?
