Positive Experience
$22,055
I engaged the doctor regarding my concerns and he listened carefully to what I had to say. He was able to answer all my questions and we both agreed that revision rhinoplasty is a very complex procedure. We also agreed that sometimes it is impossible to achieve all objectives in secondary cases and that we restored the functionality and aesthetic of the nose at a good level. Despite my initial disappointment, I can say that I am at a happier place now and overall my experience was positive.

Update: Professional photos (pre and post operation)
I've decided to post the professional photos taken by Mr. East so you can have a clearer view about the outcome. Compared to the selfie picture posted initially, there are two main differences in the professional photos. The lighting is different and the distance from the camera is greater. Therefore, these photos might look better than in reality or from a closer view. Regardless, comparing the before and after photos in a professional setting, from the front view my nose went from "straight" to crooked with a dent on the left hand side. From the profile, my bridge appears lower than before and in my opinion, probably less masculine. I genuinely understand that revision cases are super complex, however, I am struggling to make peace with the fact that my results are worse than before. It is just bizarre especially when paying 20,000 euros for this. Of course, this is not a botched nose, but the expectation is to make it better and not worse. If I was to get this fixed, I would not trust any other surgeon apart from Mr. East and I really hope that one day he will be willing and able to remediate this.

I think because you’re a man you can get away with a slightly wonky nose. The tip looks a bit droopy afterwards which could also be read as slightly masculine.
I dont think the money you paid was worth it. If you’re breathing is ok maybe just learn to live with it.
