My nose is very short without any proportion to my face

The worst experience ever.
I had revision rhinoplasty in June 2022.
A week and a half after cast removal I began to see the bad results..
The nose is very, very short without any proportion to my face, and very flat and wide.
The nostrils are badly asymmetrical.
There are prominent lumps at the bottom of the tip. probably from the implanted.
I came for a review two months after the operation, and show him all the problems and in particular the asymmetry in the nostrils. but I did not receive any answers or explanations except to tell me that I would wait 6 month.
So I waited half a year and nothing changed for the better.. the nose looked worse.
And again I turned to get answers, but I didn't get the answers I deserved.
He claims that he lengthened my nose, and that my nose before was shorter.
Which is just like telling someone it's dark outside when it's actually morning and there's light..... :(
Lack of responsibility!
