Consultation review: disappointed

I was disappointed. I understand paying for a doctor's time and expertise and that was fine. What I did not enjoy was not being listened to and being scared into thinking my nose would only get worse if I did not choose to have the revision rhinoplasty in the format he recommended. The doctor also pointed out my sunspots, unwarranted, and suggested I do laser to remove them. It was insulting. I am sure he's a great surgeon and is just used to people following his instructions, but I am not paying $20,000+ to a facility that did not make me feel welcome or cared for.
Also, his nurse was not compassionate. She only tried to upsell me for laser after my appointment instead of going into the rhinoplasty pricing, like I'd asked. Disappointed.
