I can forget I ever had “nose problems”

I had a septoplasty done by another doctor in March 2021. It was BOTCHED. A couple months later, my nose was completely crooked, twice it’s regular size, one side was drooping and my nostrils had been stretched out. I went to see a few different surgeons in the Portland area wanting to get it fixed ASAP. I was turned down due to what a “difficult procedure” this would be and that I should see a dr that specialises in reconstructive surgeries. This was when I was referred to Leo. I was really desperate. I really just wanted my face to go back to normal. Leo made it better. He was kind and professional. He listened and was so kind in my vulnerable state. My favorite part of my experience with Dr. Urbinelli was his honesty. He told me things as they were, even if I didn’t want to hear them and gave honest solutions/options. He was able to fix my nose December 2021. It’s been a little over a year and I am so grateful to say that this is all behind me, I can go on with my life and forget I ever had “nose problems” …with compliments on my side profile from time to time. Thanks to LEO!! Highly recommend!
