Revision Rhinoplasty, 5 Years After Primary

My first rhinoplasty was 5 years ago, mainly to fix my deviated septum but I was so unhappy with the results. I told Dr Holcomb all of my concerns and he did everything I wanted and more! I’m not even 3 weeks post op and am over the moon with results (and it’s still pretty swollen so I can’t imagine how happy I will be in a few more months)! He’s the best :)

Update

It was normal lol! Don’t fear if your tape looks gross and bloody, there’s going to be uncomfortableness until your cast removal! Good luck to whoever sees this :) Dr Holcomb did an amazing job, and everything I wanted and more for my revision rhinoplasty

4 days post op, does this look normal ?

I'm 4 days post op and slightly uncomftorable, no pain, but I'm really worried about this tape holding my tip. My only post op instructions were to use hydrogen peroxide and ointment with a q-tip as needed.

I am so congested still breathing through mouth and feel like I am supposed to be using a spray or saline wash? And should I be worried about this piece of tape being stuck over my stitches?
