Consultation review: very, very bad experience & total waste of time

Originally when I researched Harley Street Medical I wanted the surgeon Amir Sadri to do my surgery as I had looked at his Instagram and he performed the barbie shape nose that I was looking for. But instead the nurse/co ordinator that was contacting me suggested me to go with Premjit Randhawa because he specialises in revisions. After heavily researching him I found he does not use instagram to show his work unlike the other surgeon (red flag) and his before and afters on review websites were so minimal such as only removing a bump but the nose shape is still exactly the same. I knew his work was too natural for what I wanted done and my case is a revision so I obviously want to get it right. So they made me go all the way to London from where I live, over three hours away by train for Premjit to tell me that he basically couldn’t do the surgery and what he would do would be extremely minimal and he wanted to pass the job onto the original surgeon that I wanted?! He obviously does not have much experience with the barbie shape nose and couldn’t just say that to me but it was obvious from his vague answers. Before my consultation I even forwarded photos of the nose shape that I wanted to achieve to the nurse to send to Premjit and said please ask him if he thinks it’s possible to achieve this or similar because his work online from what I’ve seen is extremely minimal surgery which is not what I am looking for and would be a waste of time for both of us for me to go to the consultation. She told me I would have to ask him these questions in the consultation when she clearly could see the photos I sent looked similar to Amir’s work and she never thought to herself maybe my consultation should be changed to the other surgeon…..First of all they were 30 mins late for our appointment, not good at all. While I was there, I also received a lot of conflicting information such as the entire clinic did no longer provide Photoshop to clients for a before and after yet I was called on my way home by the assistant telling me that Amir - the original surgeon I wanted would provide this for me? I could not believe that a surgeon that has supposedly had 22 years of experience could not show me a simple photoshop of what I could possibly look like or even a before and after of a similar nose he had done..not even a drawing after travelling so far on the train to meet with him. How can you make a decision costing nearly 9K with no example? Absolutely crazy. I also received ridiculous comments from Premjit telling me that I had a broad, wide face and a pointy chin so the nose that I wanted wouldn’t suit me. I’ve never been told my face structure looks like this. I’ve always been complimented on my cheekbones and the way that this was said was extremely unprofessional and should have just been put as ‘this nose shape would not suit your face shape’. So my trip up to what was supposed to be the most pristine location in the UK for plastic surgery was a total mess and a waste of my money spent on trains and the consultation all for nothing. I would not recommend this surgery for any type of cosmetic enhancement as the staff alone do not know what they are doing. I wasted over 2 months waiting for this joke of a consultation. Don’t do the same.
