Third surgery. Still healing.

Four months photos, third surgery finally gone right!

Hi guys, I am now a little over four month after my third rhinoplasty performed by phenomenal Dr Ivan Wayne. I am still very very happy, looking back at myself, at the kind of crying mess I was, not knowing where to go and who I can trust with my third surgery, I can honestly say I made the best decision choosing Dr Wayne. I am back to a happy person and I really think there is no one who could have possibly done it better from a third attempt. My nose is still healing but Dr Wayne has already healed me emotionally by given a very nice result. I highly recommend Dr Wayne to all of those lost souls who have only hope by now, a truly meticulous doctor and a very kind man. I am your forever grateful patient!

Three months update.
Hello ladies and gentlemen,
I am now at three months post op, some of you are asking how I am doing so a quick update for you all. I went to see Dr Wayne a bit over 2 weeks ago, he did kenalog for the right side to to try to bring it closer to the left.I am still a bit concerned about my left side but was very pleased that Dr Wayne again reassured that we will work until best result is achieved. This is a truly amazing quality in a doctor who does not leave you half way and always strives for achieving best result possible. I am posting some photos from best angles. Based on my experience and Dr Wayne’s approach I can still say only great things about this doctor. At this point I will be giving my nose more time to heal and lose swelling and will be arriving at a final conclusion about my nose at a much later date.

Thanks for keeping us updated! You're so gorgeous! Can you feel the grafts, especially the rib grafts? I have rib grafts in my nose now that feel like cement. Your nose isn't bulky-looking, so Dr. Wayne must really know how to properly use rib grafts. That's definitely a skill.
Hi still-nosey, sorry for responding late, super busy at school this quarter. No, my nose does not feel too hard, or bulky or artificial in any way, I cannot see any grafts sticking out, everything is smooth so Dr. Wayne did a great job, a marvellous doctor,I highly recommend.

There’s some more photos for you ladies. Among a huge number of plastic surgeons in the United States it is so easy to get lost and make a wrong decision. I continue to post photos of my outcome for people to know the best specialists out there. I am now 1,5 months post my THIRD(!!!!) rhinoplasty.
