Consultation review - Caused me significant financial losses

I definitely do not recommend Dr Ahmet Alp because he was unprofessional, informal, and disrespectful. I purchased tickets for the surgery scheduled for this year and was asked to pay a €1000 deposit. I did everything they instructed me to do, but when I called to ask about the details of my in-person consultation and the next steps, his assistant stopped responding to my messages. Tulay his assistant eventually told me that the doctor had to cancel the appointment because he had a conference he wouldn’t miss just to perform my surgery. I told her that he had assigned me that date and asked multiple times about it since once the tickets were booked, I could not make changes with the airline. Despite this, they refused to honor my appointment. I requested a refund, but they did not return the full amount, claiming that the bank had deducted part of it. I contacted Dr Ahmet directly about this and he never responded me back. This is completely unacceptable, and the doctor has caused me significant financial losses, not only with the plane tickets but also with the vacation days I took from work, which I will not be compensated for. He is not a a good person and not professional in his work. Therefore, I will seek legal action to recover some of my money.
