Highly recommended - complex revision rhinoplasty surgery with fat grafting

In December 2023 I had a successful complex revision rhinoplasty surgery, with fat grafting around my eyes undertaken by Dr Karaaltin.

The revision rhinoplasty involved making a small hole (percutaneous osteotomy) at the top of my nose and inserting graft material from my ear to widen my radix, and conceal protruding bones and grooves between my nose and eyes. My nose was also straightened and improved definition was created around my nostrils. All of these procedures were undertaken as part of a closed procedure without breaking my nose.

He is highly experienced, and along with my complicated surgery he has undertaken surgery to separate conjoined twins and carried out face transplants.
