WORTH IT
I am so glad I found Dr. Kosins and want you to know that you can trust him 100%. My story starts with a deviated septum that I wanted corrected with no aesthetic change to my nose. This was back in 2016 and the surgeon took it upon himself to dramatically reduce my nose. I was furious but got used to it until another surgeon two years later told me he could restore my nose to its original shape. When he took off the splint, my nose was totally crooked, over resected and a total mess. That surgeon then pumped me full of local anaesthetic, and manipulated my very sensitive post-op nose like it was putty. Another week with a splint and nothing had changed, so he sent me back into surgery and another week with a splint and a long pin inside my nose. So after three weeks of swelling, bruising, and solid depression, I was left with a hideous nose. I researched long and hard and eventually found Dr. Kosins to help me get at the very least, a normal-looking nose. He inspired a lot of confidence because he is so open with his results, sharing everything on instagram, and also participates in conferences and writes medical papers regularly. I appreciate that he has the humility to continuously perfect his knowledge despite his constantly amazing results. He was very honest with me about what to expect, the risks, and the plan. Post op care is amazing, with his team in regular contact to ensure everything is being done to optimise healing (three times a day for the first days!). In addition, they are all the kindest bunch of people you could wish to be looking after you. Revisions are complex technically, but also emotionally, and this is the very best team to have behind you.
