Almost 4 years post op, my breathing is not corrected, I have a lot of scar tissue, and my nose is slanted

Had my revision rhinoplasty with this doctor in December 2020. Told him about my breathing issues due to my primary that I did 9 years prior, and the issues I was having. Now I am almost 3.5 years post op and I hate my nose. He used my rib cartilage to help reconstruct the tip but essentially made my nose look like my god given nose which is not what I wanted. I showed him plenty of pictures I wanted to look similar to, and I got none of that…now almost 4 years post op, my breathing is not corrected, I have a lot of scar tissue, and my nose is slanted, very obviously asymmetrical. I hate my nose, but I am terrified to do another surgery and refuse to due to health reasons. This was my one shot to get the nose I wanted, but I did not get that and now I have to live with this forever. I am so upset, so disappointed, and reminded of all of this everytime I look in the mirror or pose for a photo, as I cannot take pictures front facing anymore because of this. I’m miserable. Skip this doctor, his results are hit or miss, and that’s not a risk I should’ve taken.
