Fourth Time's a Charm

I'm going to do my best to keep a long story short while expressing a great deal of appreciation. After three disappointing surgeries on my nose by a different doctor, I came to Foothills Facial Plastic Surgery for consultation. I met with Dr. Olson and he was honest with me about what I could expect and financial costs involved that were reasonable, if not generous. Showing genuine concern, he presented options and helped me to understand the complexity of results I was hoping for. Providing pictures and images of my nose and what was likely possible. After considering all that he thoroughly explained, I chose to have the revision surgery which entailed a functional purpose, as well as aesthetic. Dr. Olson was able to fix my septum and transfer cartilage from my ear to the nose. Not only am I able to breathe better than ever, it looks fantastic. Throughout the process Dr Olson, Mercy and their associates made me feel at ease and assured. As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Olson is a miracle worker and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
