So disappointed - my nose looks so artificial

So disappointed. My nose looks so artificial- my nostrils are like slits and VERY different sizes. And I now have breathing issues. I now require a THIRD very expensive ENT reconstructive surgery to fix the problems Mr Dunkin created. I regret this surgery SO much and I have never felt more self conscious about my nose. I initially approached Mr. Dunkin for a secondary rhinoplasty. In my initial surgery the nasal bone was thinned without reducing the tip. I then had felt my tip was too wide for my nose and so approached mr Dunkin for a nasal tip reduction. We spoke at length about what I was uncomfortable about my nose and agreed the tip was a little wide and out of proportion. He asked me how I felt about/ if I liked the width of my nostrils. I replied that I liked my nostrils and was only concerned about the width of my bridge/ tip. After surgery I wake up having had an alarplasty which I never agreed to or wanted. I was a little upset at the time but he told me he ‘had to do it as it would have looked silly without it’ I trusted that he had made the right decision. At my follow up appointment I was still very much swollen- did point out that I had some breathing issues but wasn’t too concerned at that point as it was very early days- he actually told me that if I had any breathing issues that I needed to see an ENT as it wasn’t his specialty and he couldn’t help with that. As time has gone on my nose just looks worse by the day and my breathing problems get worse. I never ever had any breathing problems before this surgery. I contacted mr Dunkin’s secretary to try and arrange to send some photos over/ some communication as I am unfortunately overseas for a few months and can’t see him face to face. I have just been ignored. To think I have wasted this much money on something I didn’t want or agree too is devastating. And to think I now have to fork out again just to be able to breathe again and so I can be able to go out and not have people constantly stare at my nose is horrible.
