I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found Dr. Chen. He is by far the most kind and compassionate doctor I have ever met in my life. Thanks to him, I can stand looking at photos of myself again. There was a long period of time where it was even hard to look in the mirror.
In addition, he has a very gentle touch. I did not even bruise from the procedures! My first rhinoplasty was a nightmare with the pain, swelling, bruising, and blood that I dealt with for weeks. There was none of that after my revision with Dr. Chen.

Revision coulb be a lot things, you don't mention the what the problem was that needs to be revised. The reason why im asking if I see someone that had the nose problem as me and they were able to get it fixed with good results, I would want to go with the same doctor as that person, because I would know they specialize in that specific area

You look great now and I'm sorry your first rhino wasn't good. What did your revision involve? Tip augmentation?

Hi all! Thanks for the interest and support. I wrote another review that goes into more detail about my nose if you want to check it out.
I don't know all the technical terms, but basically Dr. Motykie removed too much of my septum and shortened my nose too much, and within about a year, one side of my nose started collapsing from the middle. I had no choice but to have a revision. I'm not completely sure what and all it entailed, all that I do know is that Dr. Chen had to use donor cartilage to build the support back up in my nose, and that there was so much scar tissue he was unable to bring it completely forward to it's original position and length. It is however much better! Dr. Chen did an excellent job for what he had to work with.
