Had a revision septorhinoplasty 6 days ago and I am pleased with the whole process

I had a revision septorhinoplasty with Mr. Joshi 6 days ago and I am pleased with the whole process. I was born with uneven nostrils and had a dorsal hump since my adolescents years. I had a nasal osteotomy surgery in 2018 but it did not address my deviated septum, nor did it correct the dorsal hump to my likening.

I consulted multiple surgeons in London regarding a revision rhinoplasty and I immediately felt at ease with Mr. Joshi. Functionally, he explained how he was going to address my deviated septum and cosmetically, we agreed on subtle changes that will enhance my profile whilst maintaining a natural and masculine look.

I had my cast removed today and I am already very pleased. My breathing has already improved, especially after cleaning the dried blood inside the nose.

Cosmetically, the swelling is masking results but I can already see some of the changes that we discussed. The nostrils are even, the columella is centered, the tip is symmetrical, and the dorsal hump has been slightly shaved. Things will improve further as the swelling comes down.
