WORTH IT$12,500
I? had a primary rhinoplasty a few years ago and I’m just not entirely happy with the results. My nostrils are too huge and my nose is super wide when I? smile and there is lumpiness and unevenness that I’m hoping to resolve with a secondary operation. I’m so nervous but so hopeful. I’m nervous to undergo another rhinoplasty because the first one was super hard emotionally. But I? really don’t like my nose at all now. When I? turn to the side in pictures it looks like there is a hole in the side of my face. It’s so embarrassing. I? hope so much that Dr. Grigoryants will help me resolve the issues I? have with my nose.

I will absolutely post everything as I go along. I need the lumpiness in my bridge fixed, my large nostrils and my hanging columella fixed. I am hoping that it will look more symmetrical when it’s done. I pray for a Grigoryants nose lol. He does so many perfect noses

Pre op today!

Today I had my preop with Dr. Grigoryants. He went through all of my concerns again and I am hopeful but terrified! I really hope my recovery goes well and I get the result I’m looking for! My nostrils are my biggest issue, they are too huge. My bridge is lumpy and sunk In. He said my septum is still very deviated and he may need to use a cartilage graft. He’s reducing my alars. Wish me luck. Pray for me please. ??

I don't want to add to your anxiety but talk to him in the morning about the nostrils. I am not a doctor but I was also not happy with my nostrils preop and he did alar reduction but is was not enough - my nostrils needed to be lowered. He did not lower them and now I am not happy. When I look at your pictures, I think you need yours lowered as well. Ask him. All the best. I will be thinking about you tomorrow xoxo.

I did talk to him about lowering the nostrils specifically and he said yes he plans to do that. I believe he must lower them to have my nose look normal. Thank you so much. lord I hope he can help me.

Happy to hear you have discussed this. Have a good rest and all will be great tomorrow. Sending you my hugs and tons of positive energy xoxo

Day of treatment

Had my surgery today!!

Everything went well. I arrived at the surgery center at 630am and was in the operating room within an hour. We left the hospital around 1230pm- 1pm. The surgery only took around 2 1/2 hours. I stayed a little longer in recovery because my oxygen kept dipping down too low. I get super groggy with anesthesia and pain medication. Eventually it stabilized and we went back to the place we are renting which is only ten minutes away. Feeling pretty good considering!!! The Dr. said he reduced the turbinates and that my septum was still severely deviated so he fixed that. He shaved down the upper part of each side of my nose and reduced my alars. That was the hardest part sadly. He said scar tissue in my nose is why it retracted. He broke it up but he said it was pretty bad. And he reduced my columella but not too much so that I wouldn’t end up with a long upper lip. So an improvement, but we will have to wait and see how much. Fingers crossed! Adding some more before photos and after surgery photos!

Congratulations on surviving the surgery! Glad to hear you are doing well. It is nice to have family with you to take care of you. Next several days will be tough because of mouth breathing but you can do it! Biotene mouth spray helped me a lot and throat lozenges as well. When is your cast removal?

I have the mouth spray and lozenges as well. I still only sleep 30 Minutes at a time before needing water. My cast removal is Tuesday January 2nd. Thank you so much for your well wishes and positivity!!
