Three years post op
WORTH IT$30,000
Three years almost to the day. Still a little bigger than I wish it was, but I do honestly think there is some swelling still because it waxes and wanes. I took these pics under really harsh lighting to actually show the doctor who does my injectables that I think I look uneven so don’t mind that lol.

Two years post-op
Overall very happy. My skin is really thin and my nose gets red in the cold, more so than before, but that’s a low price to pay for how great the shape is. It was still a little swollen two years out so I went back for an in-person follow up and got steroid shots which really helped. I’m not sure if he wants to do more of those. For the most part I’m thrilled. I have a couple nitpicky things, like I feel like the columnella is a little flat but that’s kind of just his style and I knew that going into it. But really, I can’t complain. Next stop: facelift! lol

Hey! Thanks for posting! It looks great! How is the rib cartilage scar and scar where he banked it? Are they noticeable?
Hey! Thanks! I mean, they’re there. The one where he harvested it from my rib is teeny I don’t think anyone would notice if I wore a bikini. My husband hasn’t even said anything (he doesn’t know the details of the surgery so he didn’t know about the rib cartilage). The one behind my ear is kind of noticeable if I wear my hair up. No one has said anything but if they do I’m going to say I had a mole removed or something. If there’s anything I regret about the surgery it’s agreeing to the banked cartilage. I really don’t see myself needing it, and if I did I would be ok with more cartilage being taken.

One year post op
One year post op. It still feels a little swollen at the tip and feels just a hair large for my face but I know it takes two years to settle so this isn’t the final product. At least it’s even and doesn’t have bossae so I’m thrilled about that. I feel like I got a couple “what’s going on with her nose?” looks before and one girl told me my nose had a hook to it (she actually said something with more of antisemitic flavor) so I’m relieved to have a nose that doesn’t stand out anymore. Even though I have to wait another year to see the final product the emotional weight of walking around with an obviously bad rhino is lifted and I feel like I can finally move on with my life. I was once practically suicidal over this and now I have me a new lease on life!

It looks so great! I have had 2 previous surgeries that left me with a nose that leans to the left, an asymmetrical tip, a septal perforation, and breathing difficulty in the left side. Did you have to have rib harvested? If so, did it hurt? Is the scar visible? Did he bank some in your head like others say he does? Sorry for all the questions! I’m scared for another surgery, but really don’t like the appearance or functionality of my nose currently. Several doctors have recommended Toriumi to me, but I’ve read some bad reviews that have scared me. Thanks!
I did have rib harvested. It hurt for a couple days when I used my abs, like getting out of bed. The scar isn’t obvious and it’s in a place people would only see if I wore a bikini. If someone said something I’d probably tell them I had gallbladder surgery or something. He did bank some behind my ear. I consented to it (he doesn’t do it without consent like I’ve seen other people say, it’s right there in the consent forms) but I do kind of wish I hadn’t had it banked because I can feel it and in the infinitesimally small chance I need a third surgery the rib harvesting wasn’t bad enough to really not want to harvest rib again.
Thanks so much for the reply! I thought he placed the incision under the breast so it would be hidden even if wearing a bikini. I guess I was confused! I’m looking forward to seeing your photos as the swelling continues to go down!
