Review of Dr. Jacono: Deep Plane Facelift
Dr. Jacono and his lovely team,
It is difficult to put into words how happy I am with my deep plane facelift and platysmaplasty. I am ecstatic, grateful and incredibly thankful. Dr. Jacono you are the best, a true expert in your field. Since I was 16 years old, 115 pounds (5'6") I have been insecure with my "double chin" and "fat neck". My face had zero jaw line no matter how skinny I got. Other physicians wanted to break my jaw, perform lipo, add a chin implant etc. I spent years and consult fees exploring options and they never felt right so i just kept hiding my chin and neck as best as I could. It took me 29 years to find you and I am so happy I did. You were worth the wait. You taught me it was about genetics. My chin(s)/neck had nothing to do with my weight. I was born with a large platysma muscle, a large fat pad under the muscle and large salivary glands. Thankfully with minimally invasive surgery you decreased the size of everything and gave me a neck, a chin and a jaw line with out breaking anything or adding anything. THANK YOU!!!! Finally at 45 years old the lid matches the jar! My friends and family keep saying oh my gosh how did you lose all that weight? I did not lose 1 pound, just gained an actual jaw line. Forever grateful.
