Awful -stay Away!

I thought I did my homework before coming here. Zuliani had so many perfect reviews I felt I couldn't go wrong. Nicole injected 4 syringes of Restylane Lyft into my face back in mid Sept...It's Dec and $2200 later and I still can't get rid of it . Including the $2000.00 charged for the filler ( no one has ever heard of injecting 4 syringes of that stuff at once except for extreme correction, which i did not need) . Zuliani refused to refund the money, or take out the filler..sending me a certified letter stating they were terminating physical contact after I got upset on the phone when they refused a refund- so they were not held liable for removing this stuff. Lyft is notorious for being difficult to dissolve..and so expensive. My battle is not over yet. If you go somewhere to get injections, make sure you are dealing with honest and transparent people.

I had Restylane Lyft injected by Nicole. She managed to inject 4 syringes ( I'm 54, and definitely didn't need that amount ) . It turned out horrible. I paid 1500 to have the stuff removed. I've been getting fillers for well over 20 years, and never had such a bad experience as I did with this office. I am a professional, have a professional job and a devoted mom to two teens. My whole experience at this office was demeaning. I was quite upset when they refused to refund my money ( 2000k) and was a bit verbal , I admit, as anyone would certainly be. They promptly sent a certified letter to my home stating that the office was cutting off all physical contact. My take on it is that they didn't have to want to deal with the time and cost to fix the botched job done by Nicole, nor issue a refund.
