Dr. Pan: Disappointing. Wasted my Time from Work and Money.
First time even though results didn’t work for me. I felt satisfied with the experience. As Dr. Pan took the time to explain procedures. (Utherapy & Kybella) $1600 later no results but at least I felt that she “cared” about a patient.
I decided to go back. For 10 units for Botox. I booked app and explicitly texted that besides those units I was going to most likely get more and typed “for booking purposes”
They booked me for 1:15p at NH office. Got there at 1:20p since they are scheduled for lunch until 1:30p
Dr. Pan was SO RUSHED. She came in asked what I wanted. I mentioned the shots and also that I wanted fillers for scar on forehead.. she quickly said that fillers for my concern were not part of the deal. (I cared more about results than a deal)
She suggested half a syringe of Restyline. I wanted to explained what my goal was (for an event) but she said “let me go get them and we’ll chat when I get back”. She came back, grabbed the mirror off my hand and had me lay there without explaining the difference between Juvederm and what she suggested. Which was $480 and I found out because I asked after paying since they didn’t even gave an itemize receipt.
I didn’t need a granulated filler that left lumps on my forehead and around my lips and still no results. After reading about it when I got home, since she didn’t take ONE min. To explain it that’s not what I needed. I needed a filler for an event. Now I have lumps on my face. $750 in 15min and again NO changes not even on
And I HAD to ask at the front desk any after care because even though in their receipt states they went over that, they actually didn’t until I asked. And not even the Dr. but front desk.
I really wanted to be a patient here. But experience goes a long way with me. More than results.
If she would’ve taken a few mins to ask my goals and concerns, explain the difference and definitely should’ve gone over pricing. This would’ve have a different story AND I would’ve have lumps for the event I needed to be ready for. Not even the Botox for my crows feet worked. Which most likely was result of quickly looking at me without really examining area.
