Updates on Dysport and Restalyn fillers
I met with Dr. Chesnut 29 May 2020. My procedures had been delayed due to Covid19 (supposed to be in March). I received Dysport on my chin and Restalyn fillers along both cheekbones and my chin, all of which were looking a bit hollow. I asked for Dysport on the chin instead of Jeuveu to see if Dysport was more effective.... Not so much for chin muscles, but results were slightly better than Jeuveu. The Restalyn fillers on my cheekbones did help and I am happy about that, but still think Restalyn is not as effective or long-lasting as Radiesse. Dr. Chesnut had concerns about using Radiesse as he had previously injected these fillers underneath my eyes which caused hard lumps that had to be dissolved. Restalyn apparently does not have this type of side effect....
The fillers are quite expensive. I try to keep my expectations realistic. Results are not as impressive after the initial swelling decreases. I plan on seeing Dr. Chesnut in September to problem-solve chin scarring. Will probably use Dysport again and Restalyn if needed. Dr. Chesnut and his staff are great with their patients. He takes pride in his work and provides individualized treatment plans which I appreciate. Love his medical staff, who make sure I am comfortable.

fillers
Last saw Dr. Chesnut 13 December 2019. Returning in March 2020. Last treatment the doctor used Radiesse, Restalyn and Jeuveu. I am not sure the Jeuveu is as effective as Dsyport or Botox for chin muscles. I was not impressed with the results of added Restalyn, which I did not ask for. I continue to like Radiesse fillers in the temples and chin. Procedures are quite expensive, and done every few months. Dr. Chesnut and medical staff are very professional as usual. I just would prefer to know what is being done and why and what is being used prior to procedures, as my last visit was more expensive than anticipated. otherwise, I am very happy with the TLC I receive from medical staff!!
Jeuveau along with Radiesse
I continue to receive Jeuveau treatments for chin muscle relaxation, along with Radiesse fillers in both temples from Dr. Chesnut every few months (for the last three years). The doctor and his medical staff are both excellent and compassionate professionals. Feedback from friends and family include looking rested and healthy, which I love to hear. I am very thin, and the fillers have greatly reduced the "gaunt" and tired look I used to sport before treatments from Dr. Chesnut. I recommend him and his team!
