5 week update
The pain, soreness and tightness I was experiencing from week 4 is completely gone. The left side is still high and pretty firm. The right side is slowly dropping and softening up. I noticed the implant moves a lot more on the right side than on the left. Overall feeling pretty good and getting back into workouts this week. I’ve been trying to eat healthy to keep the weight gain to a minimum. While it is working and I’m only 1lb over my pre surgery weight I lost all of the muscle tone I gained going into surgery. That is definitely a tough pill to swallow but I’m excited to get back to my fitness journey and transform my body. Let me know if you have any questions !

You look good!
I go for my BA surgery sept 8th and can’t wait!! While also extremely nervous!
My dr wants to go 450cc possibly 485 cc under muscle, silicon, moderate profile.
I’m maybe an A cup now but A bras do not fit and I have a big gap. So I wear nothing but bralettes or sports bras! I nursed all 3 of my kids so I have nothing left!
I am an active person and workout almost daily so I’m worried about not being able to do much for a while! Let alone not being able to hold my 2 year old!
Did you get adjusted pretty easily? Sometimes I can be impatient and want results now lol I’m seeing I can NOT be like that with this surgery! I have been reading so many posts around similar to me! It has definitely helped! Still nervous though! I worry about being too big but I feel anything will feel big on me since I’ve not had much for years now!
But I am excited to feel better naked in front of my husband and not so insecure! I constantly hide during the summer in bikinis it seems. I have curves just not up too! Lol
With working out, can you do a lot of lower body? I know we can’t do chest workouts and lift so many lbs for a while.
Thank you! Ahh so exciting .. right around the corner! I was very surprised at how quickly the majority of the pain subsided and how quickly I was able to go back to normal activities. I was driving by my first follow up appointment and off pain killers by the 3rd day. I took ibuprofen and Tylenol but didn't need the strong stuff very long. I am very impatient so the waiting for them to look normal part has been so frustrating. I really had nothing to start so a lot of stretching needs to happen. This week will be 6 weeks and they are looking so much better ! You really do just have to be so patient. As far as the size I was all over the place. I told my PS I wanted to be proportionate with a little UMMMPH! and it's looking like she delivered. They are the perfect size and fill up my chest perfectly leaving a 1 finger gap in between. I was so hung up on my BWD thinking the implant had to be right at that same size but it turns out that going within 1cm below worked out for me.
The confidence I've gained from this is insane ! Even with them looking crazy I am so much more confident than before. This has been 100% worth it and I'm so happy I did it ! As far as working out I've been doing the peloton rides and it's been completely fine. Just starting out slow. I was never big on working out my chest so I'm not really planning on doing very much in that area. Good luck !! I'm so excited for you !
Yes! I am counting down! I go this week for my pre-op appt!!
That’s so Great you’re getting along so well! I pray I will too! I can’t wait to see yours over time so then I know around how mine will be haha

Girl ! I thought I would know where mine would be and I am WAY behind what I thought which caused me to freak out a bit. It's good to see how other girls journeys went to make sure it's still something you want to pursue but don't hold yourself to a hard schedule. Everyone's body is different and reacts to the implants differently. My body really liked holding on to them nice and high haha. You got this and just trust the process !
That’s true! I had my pre op appt this past Thursday and feel more excited! He said he’s between 435cc and 485cc. I know I’ll be happy with whichever. Said I’ll definitely be a big C, small D.
Yeah, I’m hoping I don’t freak out too much right after! It’s getting closer and I can’t believe it! I feel I’m dreading more of the “no eating after midnight” before surgery lol
Are you feeling pretty normal by now? How many weeks post op are you?

Looking good... where was your incision cut.
Thank you ! Underneath in the crease. I'll post pix of it in my next update !
Thank you for posting this makes me feel better about my progress too ! Got mine done on august 26th and they’re still so high ! So many posts here show how in days they look so good on other people . I’m finally seeing them drop and feel much softer too . Still got a long way to drop but thank you for your post !
