Not good - still have pigmentation discoloration on my face

Dr. Doolabh was a very nice person but I would not recommend her. I had a J plasma treatment with her several years ago and I still have pigmentation discoloration on both sides of my face. It was worse initially and she recommended a series of ipl treatments which started to help. She gave me three treatments with no charge but then her medical assistant wanted to charge me for additional treatments even though my face was still pigmented. I had already paid for the J plasma and she should have given me all the ipl's I needed to make my skin look normal again. I had sun damaged skin prior to J-plasma but at least it was evenly pigmented. Now I have white streaks across my jaw line.
