I am scheduled to have my inner thighs done tomorrow!! And outer thighs done on Saturday. I had traditional lipo 4 years ago and had great results, but had some residual fat that exercise has not touched. I now have great muscle tone (when flexed) and nice looking legs, but I see a little fat that needs to go away. Hoping this will take care of it for me!

I have similar issues with my outer thighs. Please send post op pics. Was it worth it?

u73hello, I am only on day3...so no change yet I have some achiness in inner and outer thighs...but not bad. Bit tender, I keep massaging and it helps. I will update with some pictures at about 3 weeks and after that!

You look great! I'm tossed between Smart Lipo and this. I understand there is a different type pad used for the outer thighs vs the stomach area. My doctor doesn't seem to have it. They had told me the machine would not be able to grab "2 inches" to get results.

I am going to do smart Lipo on my tummy. I need minor skin tightening after kids and it is my best option. I like the non invasive aspect of coolsculpting though :)

Did they use 2 different type pads for outer vs inner? Not talking about size of the pad. But I was told they came out with a specific flat pad for outer thigh. Thank you so much for your answers. Wishing you the best outcome!

That is exactly where I want my inner thighs done- please post pics- do you have a better shot of front inner thighs standing straight before procedure? Your legs don't look nearly as big as mine do in that stance.

I just posted a better front view. Still hard to see. Most visible from the back of thighs.

Inner thighs on Friday and Outer thighs today. Longest hours of my life...I don't sit that long unless sleeping so it was hard. Overall pretty painless. Inner thighs a bit tender today, slightly numb. But went for a bike ride after outer thighs today. Slight bruising on inner thighs. Made follow up for 8 weeks. Cant wait to see results!

There will be no difference as hard as you look. Had this done on tummy and it was waste of money. And they offered no discount refund, claimed they didn't guarantee results after I was told I could wear a bikini

I am seeing results though. But I workout a lot and take fish oils and I know that helps transport fat and has helped!
