I am finally feeling that the tenderness is decreasing and that i can move around like normal. My energy is returning to normal, bit I'm still not working out. Walking is all I am up for these days. My right nipple is very sensitive and when I get cold, it sticks out. However, my left nipple is completely numb and does not stick out when I get cold. My right breast is a great shape and full. I would guess a full C cup. However, my left breast is smaller. Maybe a small C or a big B. I am not sure. However, the shape is a bit weird. the nipples are not lined up and the side is dented, like sunken. I can tell a difference. My husband says they look nice and are a better size for my body. I agree about the size overall. Maybe I am being too picky, but I am disappointed. I wanted them to at least be the same size. I don't have any idea how they can be fixed. Or what can be done to even them up. I know its still early, but I know they are different then each other. Any advice or feedback? Am I being to critical or is this a poor result?

Please don't be too upset. I had mine reduced last October and also have one bigger than other post surgery. It is mainly the cleavage that is a bit bulkier on one side. I am getting used to it now. Dressed and in bras they look fantastic and I am so glad I had this surgery done. I am having a bit of a minor touch up just before Christmas to reduce the cleavage. After two months mine were still quite swollen. After eight months they have improved. If not happy suggest you talk to surgeon. I think yours look fantastic with a lovely round full shape x

Thankbyou for your response? What will the touch up be like???

He will do it under local anaesthetic at my request. Just remove a bit of tissue and skin left cleavage as slighter bulkier. I can live with the fact that it is slightly bigger but everyday I look in mirror I see the unevenness of cleavage. It will be fine. Hope you are feeling more positive x

I can see how you'd be concerned over the difference between them. Hopefully it evens out over time. You look fantastic!!! I'm having my surgery the 22nd. I'm very similar in size and body shape to you. Thanks for posting your experience!

I think it takes a full 6 months to see the final result after all the shifting and settling. I'm totally sad about my cookie cutter Bs. I wanted round womanly ones like yours. Mine are smaller looking in the mirror than they are on camera. Too late now. I'll probably end up wearing a padded bra after all that!

I hope you still can appreciate the freedom that comes from a smaller size! Are your new boobies a good size for your frame? If yes, a padded bra can "pump" you up to fluff out your clothes, bit not interfere with life! I hope you don't regret the surgery! I'm still glad I did it. I'm hoping w time they even out! It just looks wierd when I look down on them or hold them in my hands..... As they are quite different in volume. I do however really like the shape! Thank you for writing!

I'm feeling good. Scars are healing and the tenderness is decreasing! I wore a bikini today and it was odd not having to re position the boobs all the time! It's much easier to relax not worrying that I'm spilling out of my suit! However, my nips are high and I had to be sure to sunblock them even though I was wearing a top as they are close to the edge if my suit and I didn't want then to get any sun! I think that my boobs are a different cup size as one is ful in my suit and. The other is not close to filling out my suit. My 10 year old says it's not too noticible when I have a bra on but in clothes she can tell. Big sigh! I know it's early but I really hope that it's not too obvious! I don't want to have to wear a bra! I hate bras! I have a genie bra I bought off the internet a few years ago that is one size fits all. It did not fot before, but it's awesome now!

You're healing really well hun. It really is the best thing not to keep having to re position your boob or pop them back into their cup isn't it, especially during this hot weather spell we have in the UK.

I'm a month out now and still pretty sore. I am moody and grumpy and realizing my boobs are different sizes. One is perky and perfect and one is flatter and smaller. I'm sad. It's nice to be smaller but I didn't like the uneven boobs I had before and now I'm in the same boat. Ironically the one that was bigger before is the smaller one now. I don't know what to think or do. I'm just feeling blue.

Thank you! I'm trying hard to stay positive. I'm feeling better in my clothes but am afraid if being uneven! How are you doing?

I'm doing good thanks I still have a few sore areas around the sides but things are going well. Yes, stay positive. You will have good and bad days, I did it's completely normal and to be expected. Mine weren't perfect before - I had one bigger than the other it's really hard to get them symmetrical I'm sure. One of my nipples is slightly off centre but I don't care at all, I'm just grateful that they are such a big improvement on what I had before. X x

I'm four months post op and still seeing significant changes. Don't despair yet!

Thank you! What has been your experience?

I'm now wearing a bra that was way too small for me a month ago (three months post op). I've read that four months is a turning point, and it was for me. One of mine is larger and was somewhat spilling out of my bras at the top, but the difference is less noticeable now. Give it some time, and I hope the same happens for you.
