12 year old silicone breast implants (300cc). Per consultation, learned that my implants had no capsulation, very soft still. Therefore, in office was all I needed. Received Lidocaine under each breast were incision was. Dr. Virdin then did pinch test before proceeding. No pain or feeling through opening breast up, implant was pushed out, then sutured up.
