Finally posting a few pics. I have a long way to go to get the girls down into the pockets and get my nips sitting higher. While I don't see a lot of progress, they have come out of my armpits a little more and filling out on the sides. And I have 3 fingers from the collar bone VS. the 1 in the beginning. Still very tight, but staying hopeful progress will pick up this month. The incision pics are way back from 2 weeks PO - I am still so impressed with how great the incisions turned out (note, the lower line was from the tape).

1 month post op
I had my 1 month post op appt today. I've been on accolate for about 2 weeks, and really wasn't sure if I could notice if that was helping or not. I am still really tight, but do notice very slight changes. I've been a bit of a hermit since I have lots of dropping to do and haven't really felt like showing them off. But I finally wore a tank top out over the weekend with a sports bra and felt like they didn't look quite as boxy. I'm happy with my cleavage for sure, and like that i'm starting to see more side boob. My PS is a little concerned that they are still so tight. I'm doing all the right things, pushing down exercises and wearing my compression band, so now it's just a wait and see. If at 3 months PO he feels they haven't loosened up enough and it's due to scar tissue we will talk about redoing the surgery. The replacement of my implants will be covered and he would probably do a textured implant. I have mixed feelings. Part of me just wanted to cry, then part of me is staying hopeful that they will drop more and all will be ok. I still haven't gone back to the gym, and he doesn't encourage it right now, as it could contribute to tightening. Which is disappointing since that is my stress reliever and I feel so flabby. If I do need to have surgery again I will be disappointed, but if that's what needs to happen then it does and I'll deal with it. I've gotten this far right? I will try to post some updated pics tomorrow.

Try not to be too discouraged. It's still so soon! Give it a few more weeks and I think you'll be surprised at how much they change in the second month! Good luck sweetie!
Thanks so much! I'm staying hopeful! :)
Oh girl, he said the same thing to me! He actually said my left was good but it was my right he felt was not as soft. He said right now it's normal but if at 3 months if there is no change-then we'll discuss a revision to remove whatever is on the capsule. I think because he's such a perfectionist, that's his general protocol. Don't feel discouraged, just keep taking the accolate, massage, wear the band, etc. bigger implants under the muscle take longer to drop. If at 3 months he suggests a surgery, I'm going to tell him im waiting until 6 months before we discuss. In the meantime, enjoy the cleavage (It does change), and don't worry about being flabby. I feel that way right now & it sucks but you probably look amazing (we are our own worst critic) & you'll bounce back super quick! Excited to see some progress pics! Keep your head up!
Thanks for the words of encouragement. It's kind of strange, but I am still optimistic they will change, and if they don't I really don't feel that upset if I need to have a revision. I haven't lost any faith in our PS, and trust that he will make sure I am happy with the results. Did he say working out could be keeping your muscles from loosening up more, and implants dropping more? He didn't say no to working out, but said it could go against progress. As much as I want to I don't want to work against any possible progress? Ugh I hate being the nervous patient that bugs them a day after the last appointment! LOL Oh, and as much as I don't like showing pics, I finally posted some. I figure the point of this website is for people to see the reality of the whole experience :)
Your newest photos make me wish I had gone bigger!!!! I think you can see a difference from your last batch of photos! They are still higher but you have big unders-I Don't think it would be normal if you had dropped & fluffed by now. Your cleavage is amazing too! In regards to working out, he told me I can do higher intensity cardio now & lower body but absolutely no upper body until my girls are "Murphect". From what I understand the only way you can hinder progress is by contracting the muscles, which you can't do with lower body & even light cardio. I think you need to do what you are most comfortable with :)
Really? I think you/he picked the perfect size for your frame! Thanks, I'm kind of excited about the cleavage too. Gotta stay focused on the good things right now :)
I think the reason why i'm worried about any work out is because we talked about the different things that seem to tighten the girls up. For example, Sunday we were on the Ride for the Tatas, and our Harley is super smooth and doesn't take bumps hard at all. Felt great all day, then Monday they were so tight when I saw Murphy. He said you would be surprised what can aggravate them at this point. Grrr, right now I just want to say screw it and go to the gym LOL
That makes sense actually! What other activities have you noticed tighten them up? What makes mine tight are showers (even though I take hot ones), coldness (obviously) and working out *can*. In the beginning when I first started working out, I noticed they would get tight, but it has gotten better. I have been massaging non stop and during workouts (everyone at the gym knows I got them done so I don't care) will kind of give the girls a squeeze to keep them soft. They also don't feel tight after anymore which is nice. What is funny is since last weeks appointment, I have become more aggressive with the massaging (full on squeezing, pushing, everything) and they have gotten squishier, just not dropped and fluffed yet obviously. You could start slow and just do light cardio for 30 minutes every other day for a few weeks until you feel like they aren't as tight. Are you still not wearing the bra? He told me at last appointment to stay braless as much as possible until he sees me next. Definitely stay focused on the good things. I am about to look up natural remedies to help muscles relax! Haha I think the Arnica gel is supposed to be good, but I can't remember if that is just for swelling and healing or if it works for the muscles too......

Finally sharing some pics
Very high and tight! I thought I would be bummed to see my nipples so low but I'm not. Yay, no booby blues yet LOL

I haven't received my card yet, so I'm not sure the brand. They are Gel though
Yep high and tight those look like fresh new breasts alright! You're going to love them!
Looking great. I think you will really love them once they d&f. I really wish I would've gone much bigger. Happy healing
Thanks mlilley23! I think yours look great! Looks like you have mod + or HP, which is perfect for your CC and body. Mine are moderate, and I went on the larger side to avoid a lift, but also for once in my life I felt like being a little wild LOL. I tend to be a little conservative in general, so it was fun going outside my comfort zone.
This is exactly what I am afraid of!! I see a lot of people say how they are high and tight and I get scared I will be like "what did I do?!" Maybe that's where the blues come from? And calm myself knowing it will go down hahaha! You should post a side pic :) looking great !!
Aw, thanks. I know they aren't pretty yet, but still very optimistic they will be exactly what we wanted eventually. We took some new pics tonight, not much change to report. I just had my first post op yesterday and got the instructions to start the exercise to push them down. From the side they are pretty flat with a major shelf on top lol. I will post some updated pics in the next week, because I AM going to see some progress! :)
For sure!! So far so good everything sounds like it's going as expected so I wouldn't worry :)
