On to legs

I'm currently getting my inner and outer thighs done. Again, it burns a little until the applicator cools down the section. This time the massage after the applicator was removed didn't hurt one bit. On the outer thigh it feels sore like I fell on it, but the inner thigh had no after pain just slight bruising. Apparently, they say because I'm thinner the results won't be as drastic as if I had a lot of fat to pull. So we'll see how this goes.
There is still s bit of numbness in my belly from my appointment last week but it's mostly gone, so is the swelling. Exercise and fluids are recommended to expedite the results so your body flushes the fat cells faster. I'll probably resume my normal workout in three days. Before and after pics to come. Feel free to ask me questions!

I didn't think to take photos but the office took before and will take after pics, so I can get those once I go back for the "after". I did my flanks and belly pooch. I've been a work out nut all my life- less lately because I am too busy with work and I have a lot of client dinners and drinks and just hit 36 so my metabolism slowed and my clothes kept getting tighter. Promising myself that I will not buy another new wardrobe, I've been doing HIIT, running, rowing and now Cool Sculpting (CS). I tried to stay away from all the reviews so I didn't get freaked out. Thankfully that was a great idea- now that I read the reviews on this forum and others. I had two hours of the CS procedure done. They weren't sure if I had enough fat to vacuum into the applicator but contorting helped the applicator get a good suction. It had a burning sensation at first. My nurses and doctor stayed with me and talked me through it until it subsided which is like 3 minutes and really not that bad. Then they left me wrapped in a blanket and comfortable so I could get some work done. The first side I was reluctant to move to compromise any pulling from the machine and ruining my results so I just hung out to get a feel for it. I honestly felt really good during the procedure- non drugs of course and it was a little tight but nothing unbearable when we're talking results- right? The worst part was when they took the applicators off and I looked at the area- it is the weirdest thing to look at a piece of your body as a frozen block and then the massage to rub it out- which makes the procedure 68% more effective was weird/painful. I had my period and should have waited so I wasn't so sensitive since I get really bad cramps- this wasn't cramps but like bring your skin back from a really cold snowboard session. I took a mini bathroom break and when I got back the paid was gone and forgotten enough to do my left side. And that really didn't hurt or have the same after pain as my right side. I didn't need ib prophen or anything. Afterwards I went back to work. I didn't workout for a few days because in my head I was being protective of what I just did to my body- but I could have. There is numbing but I could wear my regular clothes. I worked out today and I was just fine- did had HIIT and abs with no pain, and my treatment area is still swollen and a little numb around my mid section. I am going back next week to do my outer and inner thighs which will probably be a piece of cake! I just look forward to seeing and sharing the results. I'll post pics so you can see. I have to say this totally beats going under the knife. I'm vain, but surgery can wreck your body, your recovery takes loads of time and who knows what could happen. CS, though it's spendy- was a very "Brave New World" experience. Feel free to ask me any questions- and don't syke yourself out by reading a ton of reviews- just go to a legitimate Med Spa with a great doctor and nursing staff. I recommend Rejuvenation MD in Washington- Dr Tianna Tsitsis is awesome!
