Pros: tight neck, sculpted jawline, defined cheek bones, local anesthesia only!
-- local anesthesia allowed me to walk out feeling groggy but really fine. We talked through some of the procedure and I napped as well. Almost no down time (as long as you are willing to run out with a hood and sunglasses for a week)
-- less downtime and bruising than expected
Cons: NONE

I was specifically seeking out a surgeon that would work with local anesthesia and am so grateful that led me to Dr. Karolak. His kind and caring manner make it easy to trust him. So yes, he is a really nice guy, he has a great reputationm the staff is wonderful, and I have never had an unreasonable wait time. All a plus, what you really want to know: -- He spent ALOT of time with me at the initial consultation and every subsequent visit. -- I knew he "got" what I was looking for (natural - refresh) -- He managed expectations then exceeded them..really -- I have a jawline and cheekbones! -- I don't have a turkey gobble! -- Fillers under my eye restored a youthfulness I haven't seen in myself in 20 years -- No one can quite put their finger on it but I get a lot of compliments about "not aging". -- exceptional post opp care. I know a small procedure he performed after had dramatic affects on my healing after being a heavy smoker up until a month prior to surgery. There were no surprises (see exceeded expectations ^) -- Botox you ask? The best results I have had and least (actually no) bruising
