Dr. Mallol is an artist... His work is EXCELLENT... However the way he conducts business, His Staff, His lack of communication, and his lack of after care instructions will be his downfall... He is the bomb. He is polite.. I'm grateful for the fact that I'm alive to even write this review because he's safe and has good judgement. My complaints are as follows: He doesn't give you a "real" receipt. After handing over 5k, I'd like a receipt. I was not given a copy of the paperwork I signed. Anytime you are signing your life away, you should at least be given copies so that you are able to review everything. His Staff are only attentive when he's around. Soon as he leaves for the evening, you are left to fend for yourself. I didn't get any courtesy calls to check on me. I was not told how many CC's I was given for my BBL. I was not given after care instructions and as a result I had some minor infections in my belly button and elbows. I was not told about removable stitches or dissolvable stitches. I ended up having to get them removed 3 weeks post op. After all this beautiful work he performed on me, I can't give him the review that he really deserves because of the above complaints... These are major issues because infections can turn into life threatening issues..
