I had Saline implants under the muscle 300cc in 1999. I was very unhappy with them. One ruptured 2 years ago and and I was finally able to get new ones. 535cc mentor uhp silicone, textured, over the muscle. I was nervous the day of surgery but the staff at the surgical center made me feel at ease. Doc said the skin on the side where I had the rupture was very tight so it was a little difficult to get the impact in.
