im currently 3 weeks!! my sides are still sore, nothing i cant handle tho. its still uncomfortable to sleep at night do to the compression garment. I use a ab board to help with more compression and foam boards. im receiving the lymphatic massages at least 3x a week and if not im doing them at home and i must say IT HELPS WONDERFULLY. it helps with the soreness, the swelling, and the physical appearance of my stomach. the massages removes all toxic things from the body!

Hello!! So you can definitely see some results. Going into the surgery I prepared myself that she would take off the 5litters of day but in my case I only got about 2 taken off. I did speak with the Dr about it and she said seeing the amount of the tumescent solution coming out was enough for her to stop. So I could be safe and pretty much not have any health issues down line with that surgery. But in my mind before surgery I thought my results would be better than what they currently are. My stomach and sides are numb but it comes and go. I get my massages regularly and I wear my garment compression 23hours a day and I use the ab board I also do not drink smoke and I take in very low sodium to get the best results possible for me.

So since you didn't get 5 ltrs removed, based on what you're seeing thus far, do you feel like once the swelling is completely gone that you'll have the shape you'd hoped for...and also is your skin tightening back on your abdomen enough where you don't feel like you want a tummy tuck? Thanks for sharing...post pics to keep us updated if you can.

Well I really don’t have any swelling from what I was told. I did see the surgeon and was told my belly wouldn’t get too much more smaller than what it is. But I’m waiting til my 6 months is up to see if I have any more positive changes. Right now this is not that shape I hope for. I did know my skin would still be loose and tummy tuck is out of the question for me.

Hello All! I just left from receiving My lymphatic massage and just know THESE ARE A MUST TO GET. I’m less sore my skin doesn’t feel as numb and my inflammation has gone down a lot and I can actually see better results from the surgery.

You look good, you should get a ab board to wear inside of your garment, i just had my surgery with dr gravier the 28 of this month, i decided to do my own massages, plus i bought my own ultra cavitation machine to help me out,, good luck on your recovery

Thanks and I just got my ab board yesterday. It’s doing justice already. When you do the massage try to do the one where you release the toxins out. (It’s videos on you tube) those massage detox you from all that fluid we have after the surgery. If you’re not already. Good luck on your recovery as well Beautiful!

Hi hope u are feeling great. I wanted to ask if u had a nurse right after surgery to come home or to hotel to assist you right after or did the doctor discuss a recovery nurse with u? Did u she tell u the name of the nurse she suggests to help her patients out after surgery?

Hello. No I didn’t have a nurse. I reside in Atlanta so maybe that’s why. I’m not sure tho. But I after the procedure I went to get my garment. Then I waited 6weeks to see her. But as far as a nurse being involved no. They tell you to call her assistant with any questions or concerns you have after the procedure
