I first started researching BA in 2013. I had a few friends who had it done and I knew it would boost my self confidence through the roof. My only problem was funds. I am not the person who can dump a huge sum on a credit card or apply for care credit. I prefer to pay outright. I think fate stepped in last fall though when I was thrust into a situation I could turn into a positive. Since then, I have researched, researched and researched. I read about implants, docs and procedures. I poured over B & A photos. I then put it aside, thinking if it's just an itch, it will stop. Well, the itch grew to a freakin rash. And I knew this was what I wanted.
So I found Dr. Reedy on here and decided to have a consult. Trying the sizes and not wanting to take them off did it for me. I just booked my surgery yesterday along with my pre op and the time can't go fast enough!
I am looking for a solid C but my concerns right now lie with what a lot of the women on here have said: are they going to be big enough? How will I recover?
I am choosing a Natrelle Silicone under the muscle. I forget the CCs right now, but I want to say 400. I know they won't be as bias the sizers, but how much smaller will they go?
As for recovery... I have Irritable Bowel so I am already dealing with tummy issues. My past experience with anasthesia has made me constipated so I would really appreciate any advice I can get here. I know what I'm in for, but how should I handle this?
Otherwise, I am super excited. My very Christian mom does not know what I intend to do because she won't approve. My sisters and bro will tell my mom. My dad is nuetral about it. So my support system is just my fiancé who calls himself the "incidental beneficiary" of this. He will be great, though. I am curious, though, about how to tell my daughter. She's 10. Any advice?
I will post pictures soon.

Caribbean vacation 15 days post op! Help!

My fiancé works in sales and won a cruise from one of the incentive programs. We didn't know when or where the cruise was. We just found out today it's to the Bahamas and leaves Feb 20. That 15 days after my BA. I have no idea how to handle this! I know the general post op pain and issues should be gone. I expect swelling and perhaps some bruising. How do I dress for this??? Loose flowing sundresses??? And what do I do about bras?? Bikinis??? Help!!
