Dr. Ransom and Dee were both nice when I saw him two years ago for Restylane in my tear troughs. However, my results could not have been worse. He used too much Restylane and it was injected too superficially. I swelled up like a balloon that night and the Restylane spread down my cheeks, where it has caused permanent damage to my soft tissue -- two years later, it still looks like I have acne scarring below my skin and have never had issues before. I did eventually opt for Hyaluronidase treatment to remove remaining product but am still left with damage. I believe that he opted for a "standard" volume of Restylane and did not accurately assess my needs.
