Never Go to This Doctor! - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

I had Dr Sattler perform a BA about 2 years and have since experienced capsular contraction in my right breast. My left breast has dropped significantly.. they look horrible! I went back to Dr. Sattler 4 weeks ago because I was feeling tingling in the left breast. Dr. Sattler said we can do a revision at the cost of $6,500.00 Maria wrote a quote on the paper. She advised me I could pay in cash or finance. I agreed to finance and told her I would call her the next day. Next day came I was approved for financing and asked her " do I need to pay for anything else out of pocket"? She said no. The finance company will be sending us a check for the full amount of the surgery. Weeks go by and I was told my finance company they mailed the check off and everything was good on there end. I noticed I had not heard from Dr. Sattler's office in 4 weeks. Its now approaching my surgery date (3 days away) I decided to call. I spoke with Maria (very rude and condescending on the phone) I say " hey whats going on? I havent heard from you, dont I need blood work or something"? She said oh we've been calling the wrong phone number.. I said the wrong number? My current information is on my updated application with you guys along with my work number?!" how can that be.. she said oh we looked at wrong files..(First red flag) Then she says you need labwork done today.. (rushing me to go get lab work done 3 days before my surgery) I complied. The next day I call.. She says oh you need to pay an additional $500.00 cash deposit since you decided to finance the operation.. I said "You didnt write that on my quote why was this information left out? She said she verbally told me if I financed there would be an additional 10% charge I said why didnt you write this on your quote? She repeated because I told you there would be an extra charge (this never happened, she never told me that) or I would have paid week prior.. I advised her to have the Dr. call me (Second red flag.. why am I having a revision of my surgery that was done 2 years ago??? ) She calls me back and says the Dr. will not honor the cost and to pay 500.00 i said cancel the surgery!! Going elsewhere! (third red flag) Ladies do your research! I can't recommend this practice. Horrible expierence I will be going elsewhere and seeking a doctor who can handle customers properly and will not leave out any fine details. Also one who stands behind there work!!! Beware!! The results were not good either. I am so ashamed of his work I will not post pictures.. just wanted to inform you all of this!!
