I think I'm nearing my 6 month mark, and I'm not where I thought I would be. A few months back I expressed concern about my right breast and it's still sitting way too high. I actually had a recent scare where my right boob shifted upward about half an inch, it was really tender when touched and it would hurt a lot depending on the movement. When I saw my doctor she said it wasn't capsular contracture and just some pinched nerve cause by exercise; I've stopped deadlifting since then. I used to wake up excited about my boobs every day and admire them in the mirror but the right breast has been so slow to drop that I just go about my day and hope it finally settles when I least expect it. I'll be seeing my doctor again in February and I'll show her pictures of the right boob because when I've mentioned it to her she says that the right has the same slope as the left. But it's evident from the pictures that they are not.

Thank you for the 6 month update! Hmm, if it were me (being a fitness enthusiast and certified fitness nutrition specialist ) I would be massaging the hell out of my problem boob as well as taking a few more doses of my high quality magnesium (NOT the kind that causes diarrhea, magnesium oxide) because it's a natural muscle relaxer and lots of healthy omega 3's because they are fabulous for internal recovery and overall healing/functioning and are anti inflammatory. IDK, I've read over and over that its about a year after surgery that one has officially reached their "look". Are you a lefty or right handed? That can also play into dropping and fluffing :/

Thank you, I'll apply these techniques. I'm a righty, so I'm really hoping it's just a late dropper. I heard 6 months which is why I'm starting to feel a more panicky, but I guess I really shouldn't lose hope yet and wait a little longer.

Nothing changed, I think they're staying as is until I get a revision. I hope your surgery went smoothly and you get the boobs of your dreams.

I want to get a consult with your doctor--- so I'm curious to know if you ended up having capsular contracture? I think your results look great!

I did not have capsular contracture, part of me now wishes I did so I at least would know the cause of my problems because my doctor has been no help. I honestly wouldn't recommend her

Did you ever get to the bottom of this. After 5 months one of mine points significantly more down than the other - almost like I need a lift but I was a 32b before - no kids and no sagging - so I think it's just the way the implant is dropping. If I pull it up from the top slightly it's looks great but I'll be really upset if my surgeon says there's nothing he can do to fix it :( Hope you've made some progress xx

She did a minor surgery but nothing changed. I hope your doctor gives you answers. Let me know what he says so I can get ideas.

You look amazing. They fluffed so nicely. I do have a question though. =) What is your height and weight? I'm trying to figure out if I should 425 or 400 cc. I'm 5'7" 110 lbs. I'm not sure if that's too much I don't want boob greed make me look funny.

Thank you. I'm 5'4 and weigh 122. Haha I think you're good in that range, if your doctor gives you the green light for that size implant then you will not look funny.

I'm 5'6" 112 and I did silicone under 455 UHP. You can look at my before and after pics. I'd say you should go 425 but there probably isn't much difference 25cc's

Hi! I see that you still have "not sure" on the review so I just wanted to tell you they look awesome! Your natural boobs looked the way mine do so that's why I clicked, and honestly your results make me want the surgery like 10x more

I also just realized how creepy my username sounds lol! I just really wanted to be able to look at all reviews and was too lazy to think of something

I'm not sure how to change the "not sure". I started this review timeline before my surgery and I don't know how to edit that part. I am really happy with how mine turned out and glad that I pushed for a larger size than he recommended at the consult. My ps chuckled at my wish pic and said he'd try to get close but, I think he did a great job. He was very kind and I remember him holding my hand as they administered the anesthesia. They even played my favorite music during the surgery, even though I was asleep. One of the things that drew me to my ps, other than two friends recommendations, was that he was athletic and could relate to my desires to workout as soon as I safely could. Best of luck to you, you should definitely go for it. I know now that it was silly to wait all these years but, I was scared I wouldn't be happy with the results. Armpit boobs or big hard fake looking boobs were scary thoughts!

Thank you! It seems like someone answered for me already haha but I also had not sure soon after surgery and I haven't looked into changing it.

Hey ladies! There should be an 'edit' option next to the title of your review, which will allow you to change your rating. If you have trouble finding it, please let me know, and I'll be happy to change it on your behalf :)

Thanks! The recovery with the implant under the muscle was more involved than I realized. But, everything looks and feels good now. My job was stressful for a few weeks not being able to lift more than ten pounds. I'm comfortable sleeping and lounging around the house without a bra again. I was worried about working out and running being an issue but, I'm doing chest stuff slowly and if it feels weird I take it slow. Good luck, I hope you're happy with your results! I am pleased with my size. I wanted a larger implant than my ps thought I should get but, he admitted at my last visit that the size is appropriate for my chest and it looks good. Be patient with your recovery process and keep us posted!!!

Thanks for your reply! My Mom had hers done and has warned me about the muscle pain as well!! I am a little worried about not lifting heavy as I have a toddler and my husband deploys a couple weeks after my surgery. Oh well, I'll make it work somehow, I always do!! Haha!! The working out thing has me a little worried too, I'll take your advice and just go slow. I'm glad I'm going a little bigger than my original plans, I don't want boob greed or to regret anything! I'll will do my best to stay patient, thank you!! I'll keep updating my review!!
