I originally was just lurking to get some inspiration, but I've realized how helpful this website has been during my BA journey so I would like to contribute my experience to help out others in the future.
So far I've been to my consultation and pre-op. During my consultation I was set on 500cc but changed my mind during my pre-op. I still haven't decided between 450cc or 475cc, but I'll most likely go with the larger one. For the most part I'm very excited, any nervous feelings I had were relieved by my sister's assurances and the fact that there's drugs involved to alleviate pain haha.

Do you have any before and after pictures

Hey, I just had my surgery today so I'll be posting better pics in a couple of days.

Yours look amazing!!!! And you are so stunning.
He said he would also do a HP for me since my chest is a little narrower. I have a little more breast tissue than you, so I'm hoping a 375-400 will give me your results!! (Wishful thinking).
Anyways. Thanks for sharing

Finally had my operation! To any ladies going into this soon, just relax and stay calm; keep positive vibes and focus on the positivity of this whole experience. The surgery itself is a walk in the park. The hardest thing for me was the needle they inserted for the anesthesia haha. It literally feels like I slept for one minute and it was all over. Recovery is a little bit more difficult, but it's not unbearable. My sister helps me get up from bed but I am able to walk around. Percocet is my friend right now haha and it's only going to get better from now. Another tip I have for others is to be strong, and realize there will be pain so there's no need to dwell on it and cry about it. I'll be posting more pictures soon, for now it's this granny bra pic haha.

Good advice :) what profile did you get? I'm thinking of mod+ 450cc

October 2, 2016
High profile. Nice, I saw some really nice mod plus 500cc on here, it made me wish I'd gone for that as well but it's alright mine will settle just fine. Are you set on that size, I feel like you have a little more in you

October 2, 2016
Yours look just fine, great shape! They'll look beautiful with their final results. I'm pretty set on 450, sometimes I think it's too big lol. But to avoid boob greed and take others advice who wish they gone bigger around 400cc, I think it's a good size

Haha that's what I did, I walked into my doctors office the first day and said I want 500 just because of the boob greed. I chickened out a little so deducted 25 cc. Don't be afraid of the 450, you have a big booty so it's all gonna be proportionate(don't wanna sound creepy at all)

I just had my BA yesterday. Smooth round silicone unders 450 right, 475 left. Your advice is exactly what I want to share with those on the same path. Mental strength is key. I went into surgery yesterday very calm and ready!! They cave me the anesthesia and the next thing I know I was waking up, all done. Yes it's painful, but with the meds, it's nothing I can't handle. I'm excited and looking forward to the "drop and fluff" faze.
Congrats to you!!!! Thank you for sharing your story.

Awesome, congratulations! It's funny you mention this now because I've realized mental strength isn't only essential in the beginning. I'm at about 3 months and they haven't fully settled; I'm getting very impatient but I have to remind myself to continue being patient and the day will finally come when they're fully healed. Anyways, you'll experience your own dilemmas, but always keep that mental strength that got you through the toughest part. Good luck!

Thank you ycycyc91! Also, I'm trying to be realistic and compare my tatas to anyone else's. boobs are as individualized as fingerprints.
Thank you again!!!

Hiiiiiii
I'm deciding between 375-400 or 350-375. I know there isn't much difference. But I'm too scared it will be too big.

Almost every girl has that feeling. And it feels like the most stressful decision you have to make, but just keep in mind what you really really want your final result to be and pick the size that fits that. Focus on the girls who look almost identical to you in the before photos.

It has been 5 days now, and recovery has sucked. I can't wait to finally move my body like a normal human.
