325cc HP Silicone implants, Capsulorrhaphy, breast lift, and Dot laser San Diego, CA

At the age of 24 I had a breast reduction in one breast and a lift in the other. At 25 I was displeased with the lack of volume and boxiness that breast lifts often cause. I went back in for saline implants 420cc. I also regret getting saline. Last year I started to notice they seemed to need be lifted again. My breasts have started falling into my arm pits and that drives me insane!
I chose Dr Marin to perform my lift and augmentation. I originally wanted my implants out and for my breasts to be lifted. After educating myself I found I would most likely be back where I started with lack of volume and fullness. I would still have size but they just would not have that nice roundness I have always wanted.
Due to my current implants having such a wide base I will need a capsulorrhaphy, thats where Dr Marin will go in and tighten things up so the implant isn't just moving around underneath the muscle. Also I believe this will help keep my breasts from falling into my arm pits (not sexy).
Dr Marin and Shannon are just lovely. I was really worried about my pain and diifuclty sleeping after liposuction ( somewhere else) and she assured me I would be well taken care of. Dr Marin answered all my questions during his consultation and more. I felt bad because I honestly had none to ask. He answered them and I had some fears which were addressed. He also made sure I had realistic expectations as well.
The location is absolutely beautiful, I can see myself grabbing coffee, fresh flowers, and lunch after my follow ups. They are right smack dab in gorgeous Del Mar which I often look for an excuse to go to!
