18th week, looks the same as my 8th week

After a little over 4 months, my 8th week pictures isn't looking any different from my 18th week. I started working out 6 days a week since February 14, 2015 as well as eating healthy. I have lost a total of 18 pounds so far. But, I'm not seeing the difference unless I'm looking to hard.

Sometimes I feel the same way, but I'm getting slightly better week by week. Just give it some time. It'll get better for you too. If not, you may need a touch-up. But you are doing the right thing by working out and eating healthy. That in itself should do the rest. Hang in there. :-)

Thank you, I'm trying to hang in there. My doctor wants to do my flanks and touch me up. I'm still trying to pay down this darn credit card. LOL

You look great. We are our own worst critic. You are Fabulous before and after!!!! I am a size 12 now I have always been a 12/14 mostly a 12 over the past few years looking to be a tenor smaller.my procedure is set for December here in ATL can't wait.

Thank you so much. Yes, we are our own worst critic. I'm maintaining in a size 12 and some 10s now. Exercise and diet is the key, of course with a little help sometime. I think I need a touch up. Good look on your upcoming procedure.

Your results look great, if you compare the picture from the day of your procedure to the picture that you took 8 days post. Some lipo patients don't see the results that you experienced that quick! Did your pannus area become smaller, in comparison to the previous pictures that your posted? I had a horrible c- section in 2011, the results left my abdominal area looking horrific. I do NOT WANT A TUMMY TUCK. SO, I am searching for an lipo surgeon who specializes in the abdominal lipo!

Thank you and yes the Pannus did get smaller but not a whole lot. I know everyone's body and result will be different, but I just ready for a flat stomach. LOL

Inches, inches inches ... I think I look the same but, I'm now able to fit clothes that I couldn't.
