I recently (December 20th)had the opportunity to try the CO2 Deka laser at Dr. Mendes office. I have had the Morpheus and fraxel done at this office in the past and while I’m completely comfortable with their care and professionalism, you know you get nervous before these procedures due to the pain level and after care. I have been treating acne scarring and now as I age the fine lines and wrinkles. I can tell you I absolutely loved the Deka! Finally a treatment for those issues without the anxiety of pain/discomfort that usually comes with treatment . Only level one(out of ten) discomfort above top lip and that was it for my pain level. It was over so quickly and I was given after care instructions which were reviewed again before I left in case I had questions. My recovery has been so easy compared to that of the fraxel and I’m very excited to see my results as I’m on day 3 and already starting to glow. My skin feels like rough sandpaper but I’m not uncomfortable and have been pain free without the sunburn feeling and itching that typically comes with facial procedures. Dr. Mendes and staff take care of their patients in a way that makes your voice and concerns an integral part of the treatment plan resulting in great outcomes and lasting results.

Dr. Mendes is great, she explained everything botox to me in depth. She did not rush my treatment and was careful not give me more units than I needed. I love my results, she took years off without making my face look stiff. I’ve been to her twice and will continue to do so.

I've had an excellence experience with Dr. Mendes and her staff. I would recommend this medical spa to all of my friends and family (and I have lol). The atmosphere is comfortable while still maintaining a feeling of safety and professionalism. I had lipo and fat grafting 5 days ago to correct "dog ears" left by another surgeon after abdominoplasty. I obviously have a while before I see my final results, but I can already see a phenomenal difference. Dr. Mendes went above and beyond. I'm very excited and so grateful that Dr. Mendes was willing to take my case. She was, and is, as passionate about my ultimate results as I am, which is a game changer when it comes to cosmetic procedures. It's an art and she is definitely an artist!

I am a 62 year old woman. I had a hysterectomy when I was 44 years old. I’ve have problems with incontinence since the surgery and the past few years it has gotten much worse. I had breast cancer in 2016. Once treatment was completed my oncologist put me on a medication that blocks estrogen. My vaginal area became very dry and intercourse was so painful that we stopped it all together. I’ve been seeing Dr. Mendez for many years. She spoke to me about a new treatment called Vitalia. I agreed to try it. I went in and met with her and her colleagues. My first treatment was a little uncomfortable but tolerable. For ten days I didn’t have any problem with incontinence. It slowly came back. After the second treatment it didn’t seem to work very well and I was disappointed. I had my third treatment. It’s worked beautifully! I haven’t had any major problems with incontinence just an occasional ‘peeze’ usually when I wait to long to relieve myself. I just had my last treatment today! I not only don’t have problems with leakage but I am able to have painless enjoyable intercourse. I haven’t had to use any lubricant. No pain or bleeding and I’m able to achieve an orgasm. It’s not a hard procedure to have done. It’s a little embarrassing and a bit uncomfortable but so worth it. I’m so happy I had it done. Dr. Mendes and Ms. Ruppe are great! They are very aware of your privacy and make you as comfortable as they can. Highly recommend this procedure! DB

Dr. Mendes is a master of craft with injections! Somehow, it looks natural, like I don't get the botox, all while having the effects of botox. I have no idea how she does it, but I will never go anywhere else for my botox injections! Thinking of giving the xeomin a try next time! Love Dr. Mendes and her staff!

I highly recommend Dr. Mendes. I've been going to her for 6+ years and won't go anywhere else. I love my results with Botox and Juvederm injections by Dr. Mendes. She is a true artist and she is so careful in giving subtle, natural results. I don't ever have to worry about looking overdone. Her staff is wonderful too. I had some awesome Clear + Brilliant treatments by Jennifer. I have also had Vaser liposuction surgery by Dr. Mendes and was so happy with the results and the care by her and all of her staff. Her fees are very reasonable as well.

I am not one much for words. It’s only been one day and I think my results are fantastic. Dr. Celia Medes and her nurse Jennifer were amazing. All my questions were answered prior. I’d say this was an experience full of pros. The cons are obvious, cost, which only you can decide if it’s worth it to you, and some discomfort.

After a bad relationship,I saw two lines of wrinkles by my eyes and that lead me to Dr Celia Mendes which I'm so glad that I did. I called and made appointment and it was easy. Price is reasonable too. She listened carefully and explain how the procedure is gonna be and delivered a fantastic result!

Dr.Mendes and her staff are amazing. My appointments are always right on time no wait. Dr. Mendes has a compassion like no other for her patients. She takes her time and explains everything before hand. Spa treatments are amazing. She works wonders with Botox application
