Had my 12 week check up today. I feel great. Gained 5 lbs but wI'll get back on track after new years! I started to exercise but swell up and get really tight after working out and at night. Still have swelling above my incision and under breast and sides dr said it should go down. Still I love it. Hope all you are doing well , happy healing!!!!

Tomorrow will be my 6 weeks post op! I'm feeling pretty good. Still some areas that are tight. Had my Dr visit yesterday and he said that I can ease in to exercise and my previous routine. Don't have to wear any kind of garment (yes!) Going to start my embrace strips today. Hope they work. All the pics are at night after really cleaning my house. I'm swollen and I think that my body needs to get used to not having the garment on. Dr Pyle said that my sides and lower abdomen should get smaller because im still so swollen. So that's good news! I am down 15 lbs if I can loose 5 more I will be happy. Going to start on my elliptical tomorrow ( wish me luck). To everyone who is recovering, happy healing! And those who are further along, enjoy your new body ladies!!!!

You look stunning! Good luck on your first day back to exercising. Hope it doesn't get you too exhausted. Glad to hear you are doing well on your recovery. You give me hope on my journey. I'm trying to keep postive inspite of all the pain and swelling Im feeling at this stage. I like following your journey. Happy healing Girl!

You are t ok sweet!!! Be patient the results are well worth all the discomfort and pain, once you can wear a pair of jeans or a nice tight dress without the muffin top you are going to be so happy you did it and wish you could have done it sooner! Hope you had a better day today.

You look fantastic!!! I am at 9 weeks po and am finally able to workout as I was before surgery, other than chest exercises. What implants did you end up going with?

Thank you! I got 385 cc under muscle.I tried on my bras from before and they fit. I was wearing 36 c from Victoria Secret's. I fill them now, before they would be so loose on the top and side now they fit perfectly! I'm so happy with the results evendors tho is only been 6 weeks!

Looking fantastic there. I'm also getting a lot of swelling below the incision area-towards the pubic area. I'm sure it will go with time......we just have to be patient (& I'm not great at that. Lol)

Better every day. I've almost forgotten what my old stomach felt like but I'm not used to being in my new skin yet. Does that make sense? Still scared to buy tight clothes! Ha! Have you noticed any of the swelling getting better and are you able to excervise without blowing up yet?

I have my 6 week appointment next Tuesday. Hopefully I can get the greend light to start. But when u do some house work I have some swelling at night. So I wonder whenbis start to exercise. Also when I sweep or do something wit my arms my breast flex. Lol do yours do that?

Wow!! You look great!! How is your scar looking? I'm also getting a tt and a breast lift no implant. I'm so scared. I booked my surgery for January 17. I took 15 days off from work. I've never had any type of surgery before and I'm so scared of the pain and the scars.
