I can't believe it's only 1 week!
Feeling good today! Standing up almost straight, I changed into the next tummy support and feel great. I think a movie night tonight would be a good way to celebrate!
Drainless is definitely the way to go!

You look fantastic!! I have also chosen Dr Pyle for my BL and TT but not until May. You don't look swollen at all. Since you do not have the drains have you been able to sleep in your bed are you in a recliner as I see many people recommend.

Thank you so much! I feel great. I was able to sleep in my bed. The fist week I used a lot of pillows to prop myself up and work my my way down to normal. I went shopping today and it was great no more large for me! You will be incredibly happy with your results. Dr Pyle and Molly are a great team! Good luck I will be cheering for you!

You really look good. I had no drains either and am so glad...had a pain pump for a couple days but it fell off. I slept in a reclining chair for 6 weeks...I am a stomach sleeper and just could not do it with the stitches and lipo bruises. But all is well now...congrats! Welcome to the Flat Belly Club!

You look great!!! He is one of my top picks for a PS. I have one more consultation to go on before I decide, but his work is awesome! Happy healing!

I highly recommend Dr. Pyle! His office is so welcoming and the healing process has been an fingers crossed will continue to be very pleasing. I have cut my pain mess in half and walking around pretty good. Side note I'm not really one for sitting around! Can't imagine having a better experience!

You look awesome! It seems like all is going well for you. Re: side by side- you can just use an online collage tool or something. I think you'll really see how dramatic it is in a few weeks.

I feel great :-) I drove up to New England for Christmas and I've been here. Driving was not an issue (I did split the trip & take frequent breaks). It's exceptionally cold & dry here and my stomach itches & is flaking- I'm sure it's normal but damn! i went to a Christmas party in a cute dress Saturday night and would say that I'm functioning at 90% normal. The last 10% is not quite standing up straight. You look like you are following a similar track and as I watch people going through the same timing as us, I'm so thankful for the easier recovery. I've not ever hit the depression that hits some folks- I've been 100% happy since waking up. Is your first post op this week?

It should be but I'm 3 hours away so we are just talking if he feels I need to come I will but other wise I'm going down for our daughters wedding in 4 weeks and will check in then. I'm so thankful we did not do the drains! It really seems to make a huge difference!
In planning on going into the office Wednesday/Thursday to complete month end bills and see how I do. I can't stay at home for 2 weeks !

Yeah, that makes sense. I think you will be fine to go into work for a few days- I had no problem and honestly sitting is no different than what I was doing at home. I think you look fabulous and you'll be surprised at how quickly the bruising subsides- mine is about gone. The next phase is what I like to call "gross belly button" and "stop the itching". One thing I wish I had done sooner and you may wish to do this- is to reinforce the surgical tape at the hips. I know mine is to stay on 4 weeks, and I find that it is starting to peel off there.
