Dr. Pyle performed my tummy tuck procedure three days ago. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pyle and his amazing staff. Dr. Pyle made me feel extremely comfortable from the very first moment I met him. Amazing staff and amazing surgeon. These first three days have been rough (just like Dr. Pyle warned me) but I don't have one regret. Have my first post op appointment on Wednesday and looking forward to getting a good first look at my tummy. Will be updating this post weekly. If

Thank you so much for sharing your opinion about your doctor.
I would love to add your experience to the Tummy Tuck community, but it would be helpful if you could provide some more detail about your experience with your procedure/treatment. I suggest adding before and after photos - optional of course, so that other community members can use your review as a guide throughout their journey.

Hi! Recovery is going well. First three days were the toughest for sure but each day is getting better. I have my postop appointment this afternoon and will have the tape removed and get my first peek. My sides are still very tender from the lipo portion. I've slept in the recliner the first five or so nights but will be making my way back to my bed ASAP! I've got some pre surg pics to post (still need to do some cropping) and will have my first set of post op pics to post soon as well. Still can't stand up straight as of yet but getting closer!

3 weeks post op update w/ pics

Tomorrow will mark 3 weeks post op and things are going great! Feeling better each day and so happy with my results. Scar is healing nicely and swelling is as expected. I'm back to working full time and wearing compression garment daily to help with swelling. Some days are better than others when it comes to the swelling but my body lets me know when I've done too much. Can finally stand up straight again but still have tightness. Still a lot of numbness but this is expected. Looking forward to seeing how my body changes each week as it continues to heal. I don't have any good Preop pics right now but will post those as soon as I get them from the docs office. Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pyle!!!! He does amazing work!!!

Glad to hear you're doing well. You look great! Did you have the huge white tape all across your tummy? How long did he leave the tape on? I always have problems with tape. I break out in hives. It's extremely uncomfortable to say the least. Don't worry about feeling tight...that's a good thing in my book! Lol! I'd love to see some before pics.

Hi there! Yes, I had the huge pice of tape covering my stomach post surgery. Had to leave it on for 48 hours then could remove to shower. Had to leave the tape on that covered my incision. Dr. Pyle removed the incision tape at my 1 week post op visit. Will post my Preop pics as soon as I get them from the doc office. I didn't even think about taking my own Preop pics...guess I was too busy worrying about the upcoming procedure and recovery process.

Here is one Preop photo but will post Preop photos taken at docs office as soon as I get a copy. The pics taken at Preop visit will be a lot better to allow for before/after comparison

Hi! Doing good. Had a big weekend (hosted a cookout) and paid for it Sunday and today. Definitely did too much and was sore yesterday and today. Rested all day yesterday which helped a lot with the swelling. Gotta remember I had major surgery just 3 1/2 weeks ago. Scar is healing nicely and can lay down and stand up straight..still tightness when standing..wear the compression garment off and on...haven't found one yet that I can stand to wear at all times..plus it's hot!!! Bruising is all gone from the lipo on my flanks but still a little sore/tender. Looking forward to my follow up appt with Dr. Pyle on the 26th. I'm so happy with the results even with the swelling and can't wait to send the end result. Hope You are doing well!
