I am a 38 year old mom of 3 children. After my last baby I had sagging muscles and skin at the bottom of my belly. I was always trying to hide it. I could not wear certain clothes because you could see it. I was ashamed of my husband looking at. Even though he always tried to make me feel good about it. He always said I got that from having his babies, and it didn't bother him. As a woman, we are always self conscious of our looks. After Researching the surgery, and talking with some friends. I decided to do it. I had the extended abdominoplasty surgery on March 24, 2016. I also had liposuction on my sides as well. I went to Dr Morea. Plastic surgical center of North Raleigh NC. Today is day 5 after surgery. I feel pretty good. I am still taking it easy and I have not been out of the house. I am worried about them removing one of the drain tubes on Thursday. I heard it hurts really bad. I will post pictures later. I haven't taken any yet. These past few days have been a little rough, but not as bad as I though it would be.

I feel really good today. My daughters helped me take a some what of a shower. I just wish I could wash my hair. I haven't figured that part out yet. Going in tomorrow to remove one drain. Kind of nervous about that. But I know I will feel better once it's out.

Try some dry shampoo until you can wash it. Good luck with drain removal, it didn't hurt. I coughed when he pulled it out and it was over before I knew it.

You are looking good! Don't worry about the drain tubes coming out. I felt more of a pinch and strange crawling feeling. It's over quickly when they pull them out.
Perfect, glad to hear all is well.
